How buying a work by IMBRECH works: who sells, how to pay, how to receive it and what your rights are, under Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code and Decree 7.962/2013.

The works
Each work is original, unique and signed, and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity. Medium, dimensions and year are listed on each work’s page.
Images on the site are a reference: colors and textures may vary depending on your screen.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Brazilian reais (R$) and are final: delivery in Rio de Janeiro is free. Amounts in other currencies are only an approximate reference; you are always charged in reais.
- Pix: 5% off the price.
- Credit card: up to 3 interest-free installments, at no extra cost.
A work is considered sold once payment is confirmed. Until then, it remains available on the site.
Delivery
Works are delivered by hand in Rio de Janeiro, at a place and time arranged via WhatsApp, free of charge. If you buy on the street, you take the work with you right away. We do not ship for now.
Right of withdrawal
If you bought remotely — through the site or WhatsApp, without seeing the work in person — you may cancel the purchase within 7 days of receiving it (art. 49 of Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code).
Just let us know at imbrechpedro@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. We will arrange the return of the work, in the same condition and with its certificate, and refund the full amount through the same payment method.
Copyright
When you buy a work, you receive the original and the right to display it. Reproduction rights — printing, publishing or commercially using the image — remain with the artist (art. 77 of Brazilian Law 9.610/1998).
